St. Anthony Parish at 485 Grand Avenue, Taylor Mill, KY 41015-1919 US - Scrips Update

For this year we have approximately $5,500.00 that will be donated to church.  This is about $9000 less profit this year than in the past.  Hopefully we will have more participation in the coming year.  This program will only work with everyone participating.

With school out we will place orders every other week as follows:

Orders in by 6/13/10 will be back by the weekend of 6/19/10
Orders in by 6/27/10 will be back by the weekend of 7/3/10
Orders in by 7/11/10 will be back by the weekend of 7/17/10
Orders in by 7/25/10 will be back by the weekend of 7/31/10
Orders in by 8/8/10 will be back by the weekend of 8/14/10
Then the regular ordering every week will resume with school.

There are order forms in the back of church.  Just fill it out and turn the form and a check in to the person who has the scrip box outside of church at each mass.  We keep a few restaurant and gas cards on hand along with the regular stock of Kohls and Kroger.  These are for sale every week at church.

Here are a few gift cards available on scrips.  AMC Theaters, National amusements/showcase cinemas, Lowes, Home Depot, many different hotels, restaurants and Wal-mart/Sams.

Also you can go online at www.glscrip.com and check out other gift cards that you might be able to use but aren't on the order form.  If you see something that you want just write it on the order sheet and I will order and add to the sheet in the future.  Gift cards make easy gifts to give and helps the church and school families.

Keep in mind that you can refill your Kroger gift cards by using your credit card, check or cash and the gift cards are now accepted at the gas pumps.

Gas cards are great gift ideas for graduation presents or for someone who has everything.
